It’s about time the Foreign and Commonwealth Office came up to scratch and showed Robert Mugabe just where the line is. That mark in the sand of human behaviour over which he may not step. Will, however, the rest of the world not accuse Britain of sinking to his level by stripping him of his knighthood? It seems a bit harsh.
